We want you to be happy with your purchase from Reindeer Games and Hobby. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, in the same condition in which it was purchased, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Products that have been opened are not eligible for return or refund. This includes products with opened or removed shrink wrap, seals, packaging, or other manufacturer packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning an item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise. Reindeer Games and Hobby is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether it meets the requirements of this policy.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order that has not yet entered fulfillment, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun.

Orders that have already shipped are subject to the return requirements above.
